Consultation Services & Programs
Our staff of counselors and psychologists are available as consultants to assist you in your role as administrator, teacher, advisor, counselor and/or leader of students. Consultation involves a collegial relationship which deals exclusively with your work-related or student service issues, not your personal concerns. Let’s Talk
Let’s Talk is an off-site, brief consultation that is available to all current graduate and undergraduate students at Notre Dame. It is confidential and completely free. Just walk-in during the times listed because no appointments are necessary! Let’s Talk is a place where you can talk about concerns and receive expert suggestions about solutions and resources or just have someone who listens well and can offer support. No topic is off limits, but common concerns are:

Inner Resources Room
The Inner Resources Room is a tranquil environment where not only Notre Dame students but also faculty and staff can participate in a variety of self-guided relaxation and performance-enhancing activities. To reserve the room at 305 Saint Liam Hall, stop by to sign up for a half-hour or hour session. On the day of your appointment, bring your Notre Dame ID to give to the University Counseling Center receptionist. More…
