Group Counseling: Anxiety Toolbox

Anxiety Toolbox is a series designed to inform students about the cognitive, behavioral, and physiological impacts of anxiety. Students will learn how to slow down and disentangle their experience of anxiety, develop alternative responses to anxiety, and learn anxiety coping skills.
