Group meetings are places where family and friends can turn to achieve emotional and behavioral balance for themselves by receiving support and education about addictive behaviors. The goal is to learn to care for yourself while caring for the person with addictive behaviors.
All students are welcome to attend. You do not need to use any other University Counseling Center (UCC) service or attend Drop-In hours to come to a workshop.
