This 4-session structured workshop designed to address symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve sleep, and manage stress. Sessions are educational, offer facilitated activities, and provide an opportunity for participants to give each other ongoing support.

 

All students are welcome to attend.  You do not need to use any other UCC service or attend a drop-in appointment to come to any workshop or support space.
