This group providers tools for all stages of recovery, topic-based meetings that encourage discussion, nurture peer support and learn to apply skills to recovery. SMART builds on a 4-point program: Building and Maintaining Motivation, Coping with Urges, Managing Thoughts, Feeling and Behaviors and Living a Balance Life.
