Staying Connected In Time Starved Relationships

Graduate school presents unique challenges to romantic relationships. The  relationship building workshops are presented as a series of stand alone topics designed to equip students to improve their relationships, communication, conflict resolution, and sense of connection. This workshop covers the topic of “Staying connected in time-starved relationships.” Are you feeling overscheduled and under connected? Couples will learn about their “time styles” and strategies to maximize time together. In addition, this is a great opportunity to meet other couples and strengthen your sense of community.

Facilitator: Brent St. Clair, LMFT
