Penn Resilience Flyer

The Penn Resilience Program (PRP) is a 6-session training that equips individuals with a set of empirically supported skills that can be applied in everyday life to strengthen the ability to navigate adversity and challenges, manage stress, and thrive in their personal and professional lives. PRP is not a treatment program; rather, it is a skills program that is designed to prevent anxiety and depression and to increase well-being. The PRP skill set draws from two fields in psychology: cognitive behavioral psychology and positive psychology.
