I grew up in Quebec, Canada, and moved frequently until my family of origin eventually landed in Michigan. During my 20+ years as a clinician I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and family systems in a wide variety of environments including academic, residential, outpatient, and emergent care.
Whether your family is traditional, non-traditional, or "under construction," the dynamics and patterns that have emerged are an important part of who you are and how you view the world. Together, using a family systems lens, we can work to address multiple challenges including anxiety, depression, unhealthy interpersonal relationships, grief, trauma, and more. Our work will be brief, solution-focused, and designed with the outcome in mind. I look forward to meeting you. I hold a National Counselor Certification (NCC). The NCC identifies counselors who have met national standards within the counseling profession.
I am an avid dog lover, and coffee drinker, who loves walking outside.
