  • Clinical Interest and Areas of Expertise: women's issues, multicultural counseling, mood disorders (anxiety, depression), trauma, and substance abuse disorders.
  • Theoretical Orientation: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, mindfulness and systems perspective.
  • Personal Interest: In my free time I enjoy spending time with my children, playing soccer with the family and planning game nights with friends and family. I also volunteer for organizations offering mental health advocacy and education.
